You're Sleeping on the Future! (trolling a little) KHC UPS NKE GIS AZN PLD CCI O etc.

Seriously, you're missing out if you’re not buying into PLD or CCI right now—hahaha! And if diversification isn’t your thing, there’s always VNQ to keep it simple.

I’ve also got a soft spot for KHC, UPS, GIS, AZN, NKE, PFE, and KO. Each of these stocks has solid fundamentals that make me confident they won’t stay flat over the next 24 months. Here’s why:

  • PLD (Prologis): Global logistics demand is growing exponentially with e-commerce, and PLD is leading the charge with a 5-year FFO CAGR of ~10%. Dividend yield? A steady 2.7% and rising.
  • CCI (Crown Castle): 5G infrastructure isn’t a "maybe"—it’s a necessity. CCI offers a juicy 5.3% dividend yield and is well-positioned for long-term growth as mobile data consumption skyrockets.
  • KHC (Kraft Heinz): A strong forward P/E of 11 and consistent cash flow make this a reliable income stock even in uncertain times.
  • NKE (Nike): Consistently delivering on innovation and brand loyalty, NKE has a 10-year dividend growth rate of ~11%.
  • PFE (Pfizer): With a pipeline rich in oncology and vaccines, PFE is trading at a significant discount with a dividend yield of 4.4%.

I won’t bore you with my automotive stocks—I’m a car guy, so of course, I love BMW, Porsche, VW, and Mercedes. Hahaha! But seriously, the auto industry is undergoing a seismic shift toward EVs and sustainable tech. A lot of opportunities there for those paying attention.

TL;DR: These picks are fundamentally strong and have clear growth catalysts. I don’t see them staying flat in the next two years. Are you seeing what I’m seeing, or is everyone just sleeping on the future?

Cheers to dividends and growth! 🚀📈
