Hearing problems

.. so as the title indicates i have hearing problems.. more specifically i can.t hear all my fireteam mates when i try to do a raid,just one or two of them even tho the ones i can hear tell me that EVERYONE has a mic and EVERYONE CAN hear me... It happens every time even tho i do raids with different people. The ones I can hear have this simbol at the end of their names 🔊, and the ones i don.t hear have this one🚫. Have to mention i use a cheap a$$ phone headset on my controler(xbox).Is the problem on my part- maybe settings related? Has anyone had that before? I really need to fix this cuz i.m still early in the learning phase of raids and it sucks not hearing everyone.Thanks
