Gameplay Performance

Just wondering if anyone else experiences glitching/lag while playing. Typically, when running, my character will bounce backwards. I also fall through the ground a lot when bouncing between islands in Radiant Escalation. Also, potions don't always work when I press the corresponding button. This only happens on my PC. On my Switch, the game runs fine (even if it looks like trash). Any advice?
