anyone else stuck on 'the killing moon quest' on phantom liberty

posting again becasue im desperate to find a fix. also light spoilers

keep getting stuck in a call from reed after siding with songbird and cant interact with anything or do anything as if im stuck in th call tried reloading ages before the quest and playing up to the same point no difference

edit: i managed to get it working . could have been one of to things .
