Complete trash with good reviews

How on earth that this dogshit game with poor AC, farming bots and bug every now and then still get this good review?

The last time that I can play Premier with peace was nearly a year ago. Why the community dont just stop playing it and give it bad reviews so Valve can get their ass up and work ?
