What are your favorite minimalist films?

Few locations, few characters, and a conflict that may seem simple on the surface but implies a significant change, dilemma, or odyssey for the protagonist.

I'm looking for the small, big problems of ordinary people.

For now, I can think of Aki Kaurismäki's films. Can you think of any others? They don't necessarily have to follow that same style, but they should still be considered minimalist.

Your recommendations can be from any country and any year.
