Question for those who succeeded with low histamine diet

So, I am gonna try an antihistamine diet and be stricter about it. I failed miserably last time because I didn’t prepare enough and didn’t get the nutrients I needed and was just too weak and exhausted that early on in my long haul. Now I’m going to do a temporary one and get the protein I need. If I don’t feel improvements after a few weeks I’ll stop restricting my diet (besides my base line restrictions ie gluten.)

The problem is, even foods that are antihistamine good to go on the sighi list set me off. Everything does. I feel awful all the time but no matter what taking a bite of anything will make me worse (among other things like weather, stress, and just existing.)

My question is, was anyone able to get rid of this by doing an antihistamine diet? Did you find that over time by getting diet under control you were able to tolerate more? As in, were you reacting at the beginning but found that subsided because of the diet after a few weeks?

I’m wondering if I’m just so out of wack but if I cut histamines out I’ll eventually become less reactive. Idk.

I’m asking this to debate whether getting histamines under control is worth my time or not. I’m still gonna try it but I’m curious if it really did work.

Primary symptom I am focusing on eliminating right now is 24/7 head pressure, fatigue, fog.
