Mouth ulcer gel caused bad reaction.

Yet another purchased item in the bin. Been getting mouth/gum ulcers over a few months. Made the big mistake of applying anbesol today and had panicked feeling tum burning. The problem.... Lidocaine. A stimulant . Only applied a Very small amount. I am so ultra reactive to meds. Need to be so careful, even a vit c tablet caused palpitations recently. Jeez . Anyone had similar experience?
