Gaming laptop cpu's temp is 80-90°c just from running basic apps like google-

Very concerned about this. I got my second gaming laptop, which is a ROG strix g17 around a month ago. Its been working fine, I'm able to play elden ring and other games on it. I've had no problems with it, it games great. But Recently I've been very concerned with the temperature. For web browsing its always in the 70-80°c range.

For gaming I used to be able to play Elden ring at around 70-80°c max with high graphics, but now it hit 95°c when I booted it up today. Even when playing fortnite at medium graphics it hits that 90°c mark and its concerning me. I don't know what to do, I tried cleaning the fans earlier, i'm considering buying a cooling pad too but Is there any way for me to fix this? I've heard about under volting, but dont know what tutorials would be good for my specific computer.

stats: AMD Ryzen™ 9 7945HX CPU, RTX 4060, Windows 11, 16gb's of ram.

This is just from me booting up my laptop.
