Companions Naming Their Gear?

I've never seen anyone mention it before but I've noticed after the full release that some of my longer lived companions will end up naming their equipment. Most recently I've had an Issachari rifler name their rifle Espoused Fell and a whip they've been refusing to trade for anything else Cries-Upon-The-Sun (dope name tbh). I was wondering if anyone else has noticed their companion naming their gear and if they've had any particularly interesting names?
