Infinite Warm Static

Greetings water sibs,

I just wanted to share with y'all a discovery I made to get infinite Warm Static. You will need precog (or to save scum some other way), one vial of Warm Static, and a location with a lot of 500 dram water squares(other liquid pools don't seem to randomize as often as brackish water does). My prefered spot is the river tile just south of Kyakukya.

All you do is dump the static on the ground, which causes the map tile to glitch out and randomize locations and type of squares on the screen. A few of the water tiles will randomize into pools of other liquids. Sometimes its 500 drams of magma, wine, acid, or warm dilute static. Sometimes though, seemingly every 4 or 5 times, one of these pools will be 500 drams of Warm Static.

Do you know what's possible with 500 drams of Warm Static!? I do, and it is madness, especially if you have domination (which you can get by chugging your warm static until you have hundreds of MPs to buy any mutation you want). I traveled the whole of Qud in search of entities with ludicrous stats who I could water bond with/beguile/prothtyltize. Then I would dominate them, chug dozens of drams of WS as them until they had every skill and dozens of mutations. This can be dangerous. In my current playthrough there are at least 3 mega op characters who turned against me when I gained another follower in thier place. I just can't go back to Ezra now because an Arch Dervish with an ego of 50, who has every skill as well as every mutation, kills me instantly within seconds from anywhere on the map the moment I enter it. He also has some of the best armor and weapons in the game because I would take him into the dungeons under domination. In short, do be careful of the monsters you create, AND NEVER GIVE THEM MENTAL MIRROR. Its the psychic thrall equivalent of locking your keys in the car. It's gonna take a lot more effort to get back into the driver seat. Anyway this is how I ended up as a mentally and physically mutated Astral Tabby with a stable of mega mutants who I dominate to do my talking and non-astral killing for me. Maybe I'll start the main quest now...

Go forth Water Sibs and alter the very fabric of reality in the name of the Esper hunter astral tabby once known as Nirem from the dimension Caves of Qud.
