Ostracized after yearly reviews , what are my options?
At the end of the last quarter, upper management gave each member of our team reviews based on our performance. It was largely based off of client perception, teamwork, and overall contributions to the team. Management was fairly harsh for this review cycle, and every member of the team received pretty rough feedback. Overall rating was 1-5, with a 3/5 as “meeting expectations”. All members of the team received a 2/5 rating on average. Except for mine, rating overall 4/5 for our region. The reviews were individual, but everyone shared their results afterward. I was the last member to go and upper management was very vocal w the entire team on the reasoning “saved the best for last”. AHHHH (BURY ME PLEASE). Following the review i came across the entire team discussing the comparison (i.e. “what is she doing better than us”, “she hasn’t even worked here as long as us”) They went silent when I walked up and they’ve been silent since…. Ignoring me in meetings, team projects, leaving me out of luncheons, that sort of thing Prior to the reviews, I thought we had a pretty great relationship! Lots of giggling, going out for drinks, bonding over life choices. I’m pretty social and high energy, golden retriever energy. Now I feel like vomiting when I can’t even say good morning to my coworkers anymore. What do I do next? Do I speak with HR? I’ve tried to reach out to individual members of the team but they’re not responding
