Sanity Check
I need to get others opinion on a few issues I’m having with a supplier. I’m a general contractor who has been using this particular supplier before but I’m having more and more issues with them.
All lower doors are white oak vertical grain. A couple of doors arrived on site damaged so they were replaced, however the grain is inconsistent with the original doors that were fine. I understand that it’s a natural product however it just really seems to standout to me now.
The finished bottom valence panels for the cabinet lighting were fastened from the top requiring fast caps on the surface the plates sit on. I feel like these are just going to collect dirt or fall off from dishes being dragged over it. Have no idea why they didn’t just pin it from the bottom where you won’t see it.
Maybe I’m being too picky but there’s been other issues as well and Im starting just starting to become unreasonable.
