Upgrading GPU from an RTX 2070 Super to......

Looking to upgrade my gpu. Currently have an RTX 2070 super, Id like on with 16GB VRam preferably. Looking at an RX 7600 xt for 350 on newegg. Is that a good deal, do you guys have any other recommendations in that price range give or take more. Realistically, i could probably go up another 50$. Going up to 450$, youd have to convince me its worth it. Any help is appreciated
