Is the RX 6500XT a good card?

Hello there, I know the limitations of the card and the fact that it doesn't have a good video decoder (if it even has one), but I'm not really looking to play any AAA games anytime soon, just FPS and Casual ones. Is the card ok for the price or are there alternatives that are better for the same price? (155 USD in my area)
