B650 or wait for B850

I currently have a 9800x3d on the way and it should arrive mid January. I am looking to purchase a motherboard.

I currently have the B650 Steel Legend in mind for 300 AUD. It ticks all the boxes; pcie 5 for gpu, m.2 and upgraded audio codec. However b850 is meant to release in a couple of weeks.

Is it worth waiting?
