Help For My First Gaming PC

I need help. So this is going to be my first ever gaming pc and I'm not really a tech guy. I only know the basics. I have no idea which parts/brands to choose. I'm not looking for a high end pc. A gaming pc that will let me play ultra/max settings at 1080p is enough since I already own a PS5. But I still want to experience owning a gaming PC. I did a little research. Is it ok to use Ryzen 5700x together with Rx 6600? I checked around my area and the Rx 6650, 6700, 6750 Xt is no longer available. And I can't afford the very latest ones. My budget is around 700 to 800 USD.

16gb ddr4 ram ( which brand?)

650 PSU

1tb ssd

As for the motherboard, cooling system, cpu cooler and case, I don't know which to get.
