Sending mail? Drop-off box?

Anyone know where those blue mail boxes are in town where I can slip a bill through the opening to send it off? I have a bill to send off, but looks like mail trucks aren't running right now. Is mail being picked up from these boxes too, or are they on hiatus too? Also, a box on the west side is most convenient for me. Thanks!
