I was playing as tainted Jacob, I was in lost form and I decided to take a few unidentified pills

One of the pills I took was paralysis so I wanted to use anima sola to freeze dark Esau but I couldn't since when paralyzed you can't use active items (which I did not know) so I started spamming q while dark Esau is getting closer. Then when paralysis faded I ended up pressing q twice and Esau dashed at me and I died
