Help me understand "Biolgy" ranges.
Can someone help me understand the biology ranges for RHR ? Im trying to love Bevel, but this is just confusing.
I tried three different calculation approaches:
- Bevel/Entire Sleep (Recommended)
- Bevel/REM+Deep (To match my WHOOP)
- Apple Health/Entire Sleep
Q1:
For all three of these settings the baseline ranges are VASTLY different. I undersnad the change in the data points, but the difference is gigantic. Why ? For some I'm considered "Excellent", while on others i'm "Fair/Poor" ?
Q2:
Also whenever I choose Apple Health/Entire Sleep I see no RHR data coming in, even though they are in Health/Vitals showing up just fine. The access to all apple health data is granted.
Q3:
Moreover the "Bevel/Entire Sleep" RHR ranges are absolutelly ridiculous, considering those are for running average of ENTIRE SLEEP. Can you please point me to a reserach that set these baselines ?
Im also wondering why my running average is so poor, because my average sleep RHR is around 56 and average in bevel was around 71. But figured out that my other wearables were screwing my health data so had to clean all that up...
Thanks.
