Need help buying a motherboard.

I was hoping to receive some advice/help on buying one of the following motherboards:

Gigabyte x870 aorus elite $550

Gigabyte B850 Aorus elite $450

B850 Tomahawk max wifi $435

ROG Strix B850-F $550

All of them fulfil my needs. Was just hoping to get some advice. The cpu will be the 9800x3d
