Struggling with Speed and Accuracy: Need Advice for Upcoming Banking Exams!

I started my banking preparation in August 2022 and gave it my all until February 2024. During this period, I wasn’t able to crack any prelims except for IBPS SO (HR) 2023. From April to September last year, I started looking for private jobs and completely stopped preparing, but that didn’t work out either.

Still, I filled out the form for IBPS PO 2024 and prepared for a week after getting the prelims admit card notification. I gave the exam without much preparation and didn’t even bother checking my results because, obviously, two years of preparation and one week of preparation don’t match. But then I received an email stating, "Download your Mains Admit Card." Hello, what??? Obviously, I wasn’t prepared for this, so I didn’t do great in the Mains (I just appeared for the sake of it).

I also gave the IBPS SO (HR) 2024 Mains.

After this, I felt a small spark of confidence and now want to prepare for NIACL Assistant, SBI Clerk/PO 2025. However, after giving mocks for the NIACL Assistant over the last 15 days, I can see there’s no speed. I’ve tried giving sectional mocks where I’m doing well, but in full-length mocks, the improvement isn’t significant. My average accuracy is around 80–85%.

How can I improve? Thanks in advance!
