This game thinks it's fucking funny, doesn't it?

What makes this funnier is I rerolled the Boss Blind from "1 random Joker deactivated for each hand" and RNG gave me this. But since Madness was at 12.5 Mult, I almost one-tapped that mf. Related question: are the Boss Blinds chosen at random? They often seem targeted/hard counters, lol
