What are some “Must-Have” Mods?

I’m loving the game, I have it on PC and Xbox, put tons of hours into it. I LOVE my Frankenstein 100s of MODS slay the spire, so I’m wondering what are some mods that I absolutely need on PC?? I already have steammod or whatever it’s called set up and ready to go.
