how do i get with a “straight” dude?

It sounds like bad but like I have a gay friend who got with a straight dude (nth serious just like oral) and I’m thinking to myself how the hell did you manage to do that? Do i have to let him know this stays between us? What entices a “straight” dude to want to do things with a gay dude?
