What MOS in the Army that literally does nothing? Wartime or peacetime

Been in the army for a little over 2 years picked up Specialist a month ago and while I was getting pinned my SL told me that he should have been a “Water Purification Specialist” apparently they only test the water during deployments and that’s it. So I have to know what MOS literally doesn’t do anything no matter what’s going on.
