Wrist pain

I'm having severe pain in my wrist where I reported in the photo, probably due to the excessive use of the eccentric Mazurenko handle.

I did an MRI and nothing was found, no carpal tunnel, no TFCC, everything is perfect.

has anyone had a similar pain and knows what it could be and how I can cure it?

btw I've been resting my wrist for two month
