Help me become a beast
Hey guys! Just to give you a bit of context, I'm a 19-year-old arm wrestling enthusiast. I've always loved the sport, both watching it and getting down to the action myself. I've got a decent knack for it, but I've never really done any serious table practice with guys who are into the sport.
So here's the deal: I'm all set to dive into arm wrestling training full-time. I'm talking maxing out my week with training while making sure my muscles get their fair share of rest and recovery.
I've just finished putting together my own arm wrestling table – it's got this adjustable pulley and everything. But here’s where I hit a snag: I'm kind of scratching my head over what the best training program would be. Most of what I find online is like, one-day workout plans, but I'm aiming for a solid, day-to-day weekly schedule that's all about arm wrestling gains.
I’m reaching out to you guys for some wisdom. What kind of equipment or special handles should I grab for my setup? If you've got any pro tips or training strategies, throw them my way. I’m all ears!
