Ghosted by Recruiter

I completed my loop interview 12 business days ago. I followed up with the recruiter on the 7th day, and they responded the next day, saying they'd share the outcome and give me a call the following day. However, since then, there's been complete radio silence. I sent another follow-up email, but haven't received a response. Any advice?"
