Has the Sleep Tracking Improved in the last year?
Currently on a Garmin Epix Gen2, prior watch was a T-Rex 2. I really liked the TR2, but what killed me was the sleep tracking, no matter how crappy my night's sleep was, it said that it was AWESOME! Then it usually doubled down and said insane things like my sleep was better than 90% of users or something, I'm a bad sleeper, always have been, so I need accurate tracking.
For a while I was using Sleep as Android, which reported a more accurate viewpoint (with the same data from the watch), but it was unstable and used to disconnect from the watch sometimes for hours, so it was only useful when it didn't do that.
Have there been any improvements to sleep tracking in the last year? Was thinking about a T-Rex 3, but if the sleep tracking hasn't changed, that'd be a dealbreaker. I'm wondering if the Amazfits ignore your daytime stress levels when it comes to the sleep equation, or the workouts because it seemed to only care about the time and nothing else.
