Why isn’t Alvvays as popular as Beach House, The Strokes etc?

Why do you guys think that Alvvays isn’t as popular as other popular bands like Beach House, The Strokes, & other popular bands with similar themes?

I feel like if any other popular band dropped the same songs Alvvays released, that they would be massive hits. And Alvvays has lots of songs that could turn into big hits in their catalogue.

Is it because of the amount of time between albums? Could it be lack of promotion? Lack of social media presence? No collabs?
