Relapsed after 9+ years

Looks like my AA has returned after 9 years. The first time when it happened I didn't take any medications as such for initial few months and then took homeopathy after 3-4 months. Eventually i saw regrowth after 8 months and i had full head of hair until now.

Any suggestions on medications or course to follow. I will go see a dermat asap but suggestions are welcomed.
