Name correction on result

My name is Huzaifa Bin Muzaffar, I'm from Pakistan. I recently got my results for my A levels exams which I gave in the 2024 may/june session. I applied for the exams privately and I noticed the name I've entered while registering was "Huzaifa Muzaffar" (Auto filled when I entered my email at the time of registeration).

I want to know if someone has had a similar issue, where they entered their name wrong while applying. I need to get this fixed, but I have absolutely no idea how. I've tried emailing Cambridge international but they give extremely vague and useless replies like "contact your centers' exam officer they will be best suited to guide you". They just keep spamming that, (IDK WHO THAT IS I CANT CONTACT THEM!! I've also made this fact clear and they still refuse to directly explain the process I must follow).

So in short, I want to know if my issue; being a change in my name, which was my mistake not theirs, is even possible. If so, what exactly do I do? If you have any information or a contact of a student councilor or something, please DM me, I'll share my WhatsApp info. Anything helps 🙏🙏
