picking up girls sa club/bars

Im not really a social butterfly, I consider myself an extroverted introvert person haha pero may tinatagong kulo sa loob na gustong lumabas. l've tried my luck sa mga bars and clubs pero I noticed na mas umiiral pagiging introvert ko so madalas yung mga friends ko lang kinakausap ko. Any tips on picking up girls sa mga ganung environment? Enough na yung dapat pogi ka hahaha di naman ako 10/10 but on the high end naman. Sa mga girls how do you want to be approached naman? Legit tips and tricks please haha.
