Advice Please

I hope this is allowed, but I hesitate to post in the other weight loss forum because a similar post had soooo many negative and rude comments (more than 300 when I last looked) when the poster admitted she used Mounjaro /Zepbound (she was labeled a cheater) and some of the "advice" was just camouflaged hate.

I started on Mounjaro almost 2 years ago and switched to Zepbound in January after being off drug for 6 months and having a horrible time maintaining. Why do providers still tell you to just eat an apple when you're hungry....its 2024! READ THE RESEARCH. Sorry, I digress. I've lost a significant amount of weight and, although my bra size has been reduced, I still am a DD cup. I cannot find a bra that is not padded, holds the girls at attention, does not flatten like a sports bra with a front zipper and does not allow for spillage. I am fine with old fashioned wires but open to any bra that works. Thanks for being such a supportive group.
