Is it worth to pull for reroll agents?

So, i will try to pull for Astra and Evelyn, maybe also their W-engines, but since they come with rerolls, are they worth it, as a player who's not donating?

I have Miyabi and Yanagi, i don't have any other exclusive agents.

Imo it's better to have Zhu Yuan for her DPS + have full ether team, and i kinda don't care about Ellen that much.

But alas, it's worth to hear opinions of people that have either of them or both.
