When should I buy XRP

Hello everyone I bought 100 XRP for $50 back in 2023 just to see what was up and now I regret not doing way more but hey we all have those hindsight investment wishes. Now that it is up should I wait to buy more or is it unlikely to drop down the the lows we have seen in the past. I am wanting to be a long term holder 10+ years
