Claim adjuster fired?

Has anyone ever seen their claim adjuster get fired or removed from their case?

About 5 months ago, I submitted a complaint to the State Insurance Fund who conducts audits for worker’s compensation for New York. There were many issues that my adjuster caused and/or did not prevent from happening since the start of my injury in April of 2023.

Recently, my adjuster’s name and phone number were removed from my online portal and replaced with the insurance name and a central call office phone number. Also, I emailed her company email today and received an automated reply email stating that I will be reached out by the insurance company within a couple of days, which has never happened before.

I’m starting to think she was fired or removed from my case?
