fics with chronic illness??

has anyone got any fics which include chronic illness, preferably remus as bc that’s how i hc him as i think it makes sense (also enjoy a chronically ill regulus) but any character is fine!

also any POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) specific fics because im desperate and can’t find any!!! ill take any kind of dysautonomia or even a non specific fainting disorder (i read a fic where sirius had a fainting disorder but i don’t remember the name or author so any help there would also be appreciated)

but yeah any fic with chronic illness as a plot point/main part of the story! might be a super specific request but i’m currently trying to cope through my comfort characters and can’t find a tonne of content 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
