wegovy not as effective anymore

hi! i’ve been on 2.4mg wegovy for a few months now and it’s really becoming ineffective :(

i’m getting all the food noise back, don’t get as full anymore and haven’t lost any weight in a while.

anyone else experience this or know what to do next?
