Do I even need any filtration system? Is this sufficient to say my water is clean to drink?

Just bought the verify water test off Amazon and it looks to me like the results are pretty much perfect aside from a little bit of hardness in the water. Is this sufficient for me to say that the water is totally drinkable from our tap? I was initially in the market to get a reverse osmosis water filtration system, but now after these results, I’m debating whether I even need anything at all. Thoughts?
