Is 2k23 worth it?

I saw 2K23 was on sale for the Xbox. I haven’t played a 2K game since 20 and dropped that to go back to 19. I just got internet again and saw 23 was on sale for $20 and was wondering what you guys thought on if it wa a worth it to pick up or wait til the new one
