Looking for newbie VAs

Have been remote working since the pandemic and trying to re-integrate myself back to IRL situations proves to be a hard task. Been thinking recently about creating a network of sorts with people on the same path (I have been independent for 3+ years already).

Are any newbies and starters interested to join weekly team brainstorms? We can structure it as FREE brainstorm/collab sessions where we help each other out with our clients and exchange ideas?

Just added fun with a supportive and dedicated group while remote working, because I know it gets so serious sometimes.

I also have a steady list of contacts and other leads from outreach that I am yet to re-engage, since I already have clients on my pipeline. Maybe we can also explore referrals w/in our group or something mutually beneficial anw.
