Is your facebook feed also weirdly progressive the past few weeks?

I noticed something strange recently. I completely stopped seeing bigotry or conservative content in general on facebook. Probably worth saying I'm in the UK.

I'm not talking about friends' posts (I either unfriended or unfollowed all reactionaries), but the random pages that facebook is always eager to recommend. The only random political content I see is pro-trans, pro-empathy, pro-class consciousness.

Not that I didn't see that content before, but it was always intermingled with whatever reactionary rubbish was currently trending.

I distincly remember facebook around the Imane Khelif outrage looking like jk rowling's twitter feed. Couldn't scroll for a second without seeing a post about it, filled with braindead comments. But now? I see plenty of posts about the constitutional crisis in the US, but haven't seen a single post celebrating Trump in a few weeks at least.

Has there been a massive overhaul of facebook's algorithm? Is the goal to completely isolate MAGA cultists from people with functional brains?
