Why do most players have such high expectations for newer players in this game?

I often see new players learning how to play the game or just trying to have fun, at the same time, I often see other players dogging and complaining about the learning players being unable to play to their expectations. Honestly I know damn well some of you who see this post are guilty of this and I ask you why? Why do you expect someone to play like its VCT '23? Why does someone have to play to your expectations and meet your requirements? Else they're dogshit at the game period, end of story. You don't know who's behind that screen they could be a child who wants to play after school or a person who came back from work wanting to cool down in game, and you're potentially making life worse off for them. There's gotta be statistic somewhere that shows how many new players just stop playing the game because of such words and phrases of discouragement.
