Does getting an engineering degree in Turkey less than the Uk

It’s cheaper in Turkey I’m not an international student I would have to pay for tuition fee and maintenance my family moved to Turkey. Would getting a degree mean less and lower my chances of getting a job. Turkish uni is 4 years Uk is 3. I’m going to be starting at 22 years old
