Miqat confusion

So I am traveling from Pakistan for Umrah. My flight travels to riyadh first and then to jeddah.

I want to confirm about the designated miqat for people who travel from riyadh to jeddah.

Should I be wearing ihram at riyadh airport and do my niyyat in the flight to jeddah?
