N 400 - Naturalization
I meet all the technical criteria for naturalization. For the past two years, I have mostly been abroad with a reentry permit. However, I returned to the United States every six months for two months to maintain my resident status. I didn't work abroad; I would drive a truck while being in the US for 2 months. I have an active CDL, I maintain all my bank accounts and filled taxes for every year I am overseas because my wife and child are here, and they have an active USCIS case for Form I-130. Will these circumstances be considered during the naturalization interview? I plan to apply for naturalization online soon, so upon arriving in the U.S., I can immediately undergo biometrics, spend 2-3 months there, return to my family, and then come back to the U.S. for the interview. Will this strategy be effective? I aim to obtain citizenship as we genuinely plan to relocate permanently to the U.S., and it will significantly expedite our I-130 process. Thank you in advance for any guidance! P.S. My home address is in Missouri
