International nurses on the timeline. I wanted to ask who sponsored/ is sponsoring your green card, how long is your contract, and what benefits the company comes with.

I’m having to choose between interstaff and conexus. Interstaff is good, but it’s a 3 yr long contract. Also, I don’t trust that they’re putting my interests at the same level as theirs. Conexus is also good, their contract is 2.5 years, which is shorter but still long, and they communicate slowly, which may be the only character flaw on earth that I can’t stand.

Anyways, I’m mainly looking for advice on what to do. Have y’all used any of these companies? Do y’all know anyone that has used them? Are there other options that may be better for me? I want to get me green card before May next year, because I’m wanting to enroll in a master’s program while being able to work. So any information will be helpful!
