Employer asked for volunteers for redundancy, then withdrew

The offer after I accepted. I was told I would get 7 thousand pounds so I agreed to it by email. I didn't hear anything for a few weeks then the manager approached me and said they wasn't offering it anymore and that I was only losing about 2 hours of work a week as if that was a valid reason. During the time I accepted the redundancy and him telling me it was no longer offered I had made plans to move and start a new life 400 miles away. Also on a separate note I'm owed 87 hours in holidays which I know they won't give me. I feel like I've been robbed not only with the redundancy money but also the holiday pay and i don't want to work for a company or manager that doesn't look after their staff. I've worked at the job for 12 years and really feel bad about the whole thing. I feel like just walking out and telling them to shove it but I think that's what the manager wants.Am I being forced out? Or is it all above board on their end and I should just suck it up. Any advice greatly appreciated.
